Our first Indian President was Dr. Rajendra Prasad who stated that, “We find the whole of this vast property brought together under the jurisdiction of one constitution and one union which takes over responsibility for the welfare of more than 320 million women and men occupy it”. How shame to state that still we are fighting with crime, violence and corruption (in the kind of terrorist, rape, theft, riots, strikes, etc) in our nation. Again, there is a need to get together to save our nation from these slavery as it is pulling our nation back from going into its main stream of development and progress. We ought to be aware of our social issues like Poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, global warming, inequality, etc so as to solve them to proceed.
Dr. Abdul Kalam has said that “If a nation will be corruption free and become a state of amazing minds, I strongly feel there are 3 key societal members who can make a difference. As a citizen of this country we ought to think critically about it and do all possible efforts to direct our nation.

Every official should follow the Indian rules and regulations in order to make this country a corruption free country. Just a corruption free India would really and truly mean a nation with “Unity in Diversity”. Our leaders should not know them a particular person, as they are one from us and are selected according to their capacity to lead the country. They have been selected by us to serve their truthful services into the India for a limited time period. So, there shouldn’t be any confusion between their own ego and position and authority.
As being a Indian citizen, we too are fully accountable for our nation. We ought to make ourselves up-to-date, read news and be completely aware of everything are happening in our country, what are going on wrong or right, what exactly are our leaders doing and firstly what we are doing for our country. Earlier, India was a slave state under British rule which was made independent after a few years of struggle by the sacrifices of tens of thousands of lives of our freedom fighters. Thus, we should not let go smoothly their all valuable sacrifices and make this country a fighter country beneath corruption, illiteracy, inequality and other social discrimination. Now is the best day when we should have an oath to preserve our country’s real meaning, standing, status and most of all culture of humankind.
